At Ergro we pride ourselves on our continued commitment to the recruitment and development of Apprentices, and we are very pleased to have started 2024 by already offering placements for two new Apprentices starting this month.
Ergro already employ 6 Trainees/Apprentices, currently working within our Air Conditioning, Mechanical/Electrical Projects team, Gas/Combustion, Building Services and Administrative Departments. This means a whopping 14% of our workforce are in ‘Earn and Learn’ positions.
We are proud members of the 5% club, an organisation set up to recognise the commitment of organisations in the recruitment of staff in Earn and Learn positions. We are excited to be starting our journey towards Gold Level accreditation, expected to be announced in July 2024.
