Team Wellbeing.
Staff wellbeing is an integral part of Ergro’s nature. We host monthly events for our staff to engage in, creating a healthy balance between work and play.
We have monthly internal wellbeing meetings, where tips are recommended by the staff themselves.
Every six months we invite the team to feedback on every aspect of the company so that we continually improve and offer the reassurance that all voices and opinions are considered.

Current opportunities:
My first office job was here at Ergro, joining as the Office Administrator. I expressed my interest in finance / business as it was something I had studied throughout school at GCSE and A-Level, Ergro supported me in this career path and continue to do so by putting me through my AAT which hopefully will continue to progress towards ACCA. I am now in the role of Finance Assistant and manager of our the fleet. I continue to learn a lot through my peers and the course I am about to complete which is all thanks to the team here at Ergro!
