Team Wellbeing.
Staff wellbeing is an integral part of Ergro’s nature. We host monthly events for our staff to engage in, creating a healthy balance between work and play.
We have monthly internal wellbeing meetings, where tips are recommended by the staff themselves.
Every six months we invite the team to feedback on every aspect of the company so that we continually improve and offer the reassurance that all voices and opinions are considered.

I have been with Ergro since 2024, when I joined as an Office Apprentice. Since joining, I have developed a strong interest in health and safety. Whilst completing my apprenticeship, I undertook courses including PAT Testing, First Aid at Work, and Fire Extinguisher Training, before successfully achieving a distinction in my apprenticeship with the support of my colleagues. I am now working as an Office Administrator while progressing towards a QSHE role, and I have recently completed my IOSH Managing Safely course. I feel very valued at Ergro and am excited for the journey ahead.

My journey at Ergro began as an Office Administrator, where my interest in finance was quickly recognised and supported. With Ergro’s encouragement, I completed my AAT, began my ACCA studies, and progressed through the department. When our previous Finance Manager relocated, I was encouraged to apply and was ultimately appointed to the role, something made possible through the invaluable mentoring I received. Joining the SLT has been one of my proudest achievements, giving me the chance to contribute to the conversations that shaped my own development. I’m still studying and still growing, and I’m excited for what lies ahead.
