Following on from our continued successful delivery of gas maintenance to Education properties for Camden Council, we are very proud to share the news that we will now also be taking on their Corporate Portfolio for Air Conditioning & Gas Maintenance, as of January 2024.
Having already begun mobilising throughout November/December, in the New Year our experienced team of engineers will be maintaining VRV and Split AC units, of all manufactured types, as well as gas boilers ranging in size from small domestic units to full commercial plant blown gas boilers, all across the London Borough.
Our PPM visits will include bi-annual AC asset maintenance, and annual visits to gas assets, with 24/7 reactive call-out support covering any required repairs.
The Council’s corporate property portfolio covered by the contract encompasses a diverse range of facilities, including; libraries, commercial offices, youth centres, sports halls, play centres and council fleet vehicle depots.
Our relationship with Camden is one of repeat business, earned over several years of consistently high-quality service from our skilled teams, and we look forward to providing the same to this latest collection of properties.
