We are happy to announce that Ergro has been appointed to maintain the electrical and mechanical assets of an expansive Grade II listed residential complex in Battersea.
Contract mobilisation commenced in February 2024.
With plant located in multiple locations around the various Edwardian buildings, including the basement and roof areas, our comprehensive maintenance service coverage will include responsibility of:
- Heating and gas equipment
- Pressurisation units and vessel servicing
- Electrical services linked to the main plant
- Pump equipment
- Portable appliance testing
- Car park ventilation/AOV
- Water hygiene
- Building management system (BMS)
- Drainage
- Monthly plant/statutory inspections
