We are pleased to announce our latest maintenance contract win at Percy Street, London.
The scope of the contract includes monthly attendance to the commercial building, looking after all the M&E equipment, for a minimum of 2 years from May 2023, carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance to:
– Emergency lighting, Lighting controls and Electrical Services including Solar PV
– Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Services
– Hot and Cold water Services including Water Hygiene
– Life safety systems including Fire Alarms, Fire Dampers, Fire Extinguishers and Smoke Ventilation Services
– CCTV Systems, Access Control and Alarms Services
