We are delighted to announce that Ergro has been appointed to deliver a comprehensive Planned Preventative Maintenance contract at a prominent commercial building in the West End of London for Langham Estate.
Commencing this September, our team will take on full responsibility for maintaining the mechanical and electrical services across the site, delivering a robust programme of compliance-led maintenance to keep the building running safely, reliably and efficiently.
Our scope of works includes the servicing and maintenance of:
🔸 Air conditioning systems, including 12 condensers and 72 evaporators
🔸 Air handling units and associated controls
🔸 Hot water systems and pressurisation equipment
🔸 Water hygiene, including Legionella and potable water testing
🔸 BMS and building controls
🔸 Standby generator
🔸 Electrical distribution, including thermographic surveys
🔸 Leak detection systems
🔸 Emergency reactive and out-of-hours support
Alongside our planned attendances, our engineers will be on hand to provide same-day response to urgent issues, helping to ensure continuity and peace of mind for the building’s occupiers throughout the year.
This appointment also marks the continuation of our growing partnership with Langham Estate, and we’re proud to be strengthening our relationship through the delivery of reliable, responsive and compliance-led building services.
