Adding to our existing portfolio of properties that we maintain for a prominent Managing Agent client, 16 Clare Street has become our latest building to be awarded.
The eye-catching silver structure has recently been fully refurbished and provides 5 floors of commercial office space within the City of London.
Having begun our contract last month, our full PPM and reactive mechanical and electrical building maintenance service package covers:

- Door Entry Systems
- Specialist Lift Safety Services
Our engineers are already forming positive relationships with the on-site teams and building occupants, which we are very confident will long-continue into the duration of the contract.
