First being introduced to the business as a part-time support engineer in 1993, Andy Banham became a full-time employed Air Conditioning Engineer with Ergro in March 1998, making this month his 25th Anniversary with the company!
His remarkable career to date has seen him become a core component of the Ergro service standard, having mentored many apprentices and junior members of staff over the years, as well playing a key role in the successful delivery of some of our most significant contracts.
“Andy has been a very loyal friend and employee over the years and is probably one of the best VRV trouble shooting engineers that I know, I still can’t get my head round sometimes how he gets from problem to solution as he doesn’t always follow the conventional fault finding processes but all the same he gets the result.
He will give anything a go and work on anything given to him. For months on end, he will work night shifts, fully understanding the importance of delivering the contract. His commitment to the business over the years has been immense.
