“When looking to relocate offices, we selected Ergro for the entire fit out and relocation package to our new London Office. They carried out the full design, specification and build of the entire project including all aspects of the air conditioning, heating, lighting and power.

As the Senior Partner responsible for the London office of LB Group an Accountancy and Business Solutions Group with offices in London and East Anglia, my time is very limited and having Ergro on board made my life a lot easier as they just took the project on and dealt with it. They even assisted us with the office relocation via one of their preferred suppliers.

Also they now carry out the ongoing maintenance of the building and all of its services which gives me great peace of mind. I have already and would openly recommend the team to anyone looking for such a service.”

Trevor Lake, LB Group
“‘Since Ergro took over the specialist maintenance of our portfolio of chillers, they have assisted in reducing the reactive call outs and repair costs of our ageing plant and I would highly recommend them to any building owner or operator.”
Maintenance Manager, Multi Site Portfolio
“We have worked extensively with Ergro on the design and installation of HVAC systems, throughout our clients building portfolio.

Their professionalism in completing a project to budget and on time, while always keeping all stakeholders informed, should be applauded.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ergro if you are embarking on a programme of life cycle replacement of your building services.”

Terry Hall, Carillion Planned Maintenance
“We pride ourselves on providing first class food production facilities and when we had a recent requirement to create a new staff amenity area we chose Ergro as one of our preferred suppliers to carry out the works.

Ergro converted an existing production area into a new hygienic and functional staff changing area to further enhance the integrity of our food products. The works included the supply and installation of a new hot and cold water system, complete with showers, wash stations and toilets, they also installed a new energy efficient lighting system and washable walling system.

The project was delivered on time and budget and since this project Ergro have carried out numerous other small and large projects within our
