Given the growing threat of COVID-19 we made the decision on Monday 16th March 2020 to implement our Business Continuity Plan and tested our remote capabilities across Ergro Group.
We are fully committed to continuing to deliver a high-quality service and reliable support across all business functions. We believe that we’re fully enabled to continue to deliver our services to our customers, and given the success of our ‘dry run’, we would like to reassure you that during this time of uncertainty we will remain fully operational, whether that is from our Dartford HQ or remotely.
By enacting our Business Continuity Plan, we are confident that our customers will see no change in the quality of service that they are used to receiving from Ergro. Our Contract Management and Project Management teams remain accessible via phone and email, so please continue to direct communication through your usual channel.
Our site-based engineering teams still have the same level of connectivity and reporting from our resilient server and cloud-based systems and to ensure business continuity and the provision of services to ensure all client’s buildings remain fully functional, Ergro will be liaise with clients on accessing their properties, while they have reduced occupation or attending in unsocial hours to continue to deliver servicing and repairs.
This will minimise the exposure to our client’s and our own employees. Client’s will be contacted individually by Ergro’s Contract and Project Managers to coordinate works and when they can be carried out.
