As an update to our previous statement regarding our business’s response to COVID-19 prevention measures, we can confirm that our offices are now closed, with operations continuing by means of remote working for office-based staff, and safe distancing for site operatives.

As an M&E Building Services Engineer, our team has been identified as a “Critical Worker” during this pandemic, “supporting local efforts to ensure the critical services our communities rely on are maintained”.

For this reason, we are still maintaining and repairing building services accordingly, whilst ensuring we take every step possible to protect the health of our operatives and those they come into contact with. We are currently liaising with our clients to ensure that the correct level of documentation is in place to enable our engineers to operate within the guidelines given by the Government for Key and Essential workers.

All site based engineering teams still have the same level of connectivity and reporting from our resilient server and cloud based systems, to ensure business continuity and that all client’s buildings remain safe, fully functional and compliant. Ergro are now liaising with clients on property access, while they have reduced occupation, or attending in unsocial hours.

Should you wish to discuss the above any further then please do not hesitate to get in touch with your regular Ergro contact.
