The ‘Ergro Standard’ is the expectation of excellent customer experience and engineering delivery. We therefore anticipated high achievements from our recent recertification audits for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Health and Safety) simultaneously.
We have aligned our audits in preparation for the introduction of an Integrated Management System, allowing all our processes to operate seamlessly in tandem. This contributes to our focus in refining compliance and continuing to improve overall performance of our quality systems, ultimately benefiting the delivery to our clients.
This re-certification feels all the more satisfying due to the fact we not only received zero non-compliances, but were also given 22 positive observations – a testament to the importance that Ergro place on compliance.
This latest achievement for the business is thanks to our QSHE team, headed by our QSHE Director Lesley Hamilton, supported by the administrative and operational teams, who always strive to prioritise the client and improve our customer and engineering delivery above and beyond the norm.
