Having maintained all of the building services throughout this iconic listed building in Central London, for The British Editorial Society of Bone & Joint Surgery, since 2015, Ergro are delighted to have now been appointed to manage the complete replacement of their air conditioning systems.
As part of plans to sympathetically refurbish this Grade 2 listed property (built in 1860), the client wishes to replace their existing air conditioning systems, throughout the entire building, with new Mitsubishi Mini VRF and split systems.
Ergro have already produced an acoustic survey of the existing equipment to assist with the planning application to Westminster Council, as planning can often be required for replacements in environments such as these and sometimes causes delays.
“This client has acted very wisely in planning this installation at this time of year, with summer just around the corner, we will have their new systems operational and snag-free in time for the hot weather. We are excited to be involved.”
