Ergro “exceed expectations” for Protocol.

When leisure and commercial furniture supplier Protocol acquired a 9,000sqft warehouse in Essex to occupy as their furniture distribution hub and head office, they appointed Ergro to undertake a complete renovation.

The works included the demolition of internal spaces, complete replacement of electrics and underground drainage, building facia and roof repairs, installation of air conditioning, creation of internal offices (including mezzanine floor and furniture showroom), internal joinery and decoration, as well as installation of kitchen and toilets.

Ergro maintained a strong relationship with the client team throughout, collaborating with them on design to provide innovative solutions for improving showroom aesthetics.

Every extra effort was put in by the Ergro team to ensure that the tight deadline was met, as well as exercising due care when working at height and with scissor lifts for the mezzanine level works.

The finished article was an attractive, energy efficient and useable space which was delivered to budget and in time for the moving in date.

From start to finish of the project, Ergro have been invaluable help in delivering our offices to a level of finish that exceeded our expectations.
